When St Nic’s gave away two teams to graft into local churches, we gave most of our worship leaders and key musicians. At my invitation, Rachel came alongside us at that crucial time and now, 18 months later, I would say that our worshipping life is stronger than ever. Rachel took us on a journey as a church into deeper, more authentic, faith-filled worship. She discipled musicians and worship leaders, and established strong values in the team. Eventually, she helped us to recruit and appoint an excellent worship minister. I particularly valued the way she worked alongside me as church leader. One Church
Rachel worked with us in the early days of our ministry at Trinity Life Church, Leicester (now known as One Church). She was always an encouragement and always brought us back to the heart and voice of the Father – and to worship. Rachel was a voice of calm and reason and always had something wise to say.
